All prices are in Canadian funds and are subject to change without notice.
Prices do not include shipping, handling, insurance and applicable tax's.
All products are new! We never sell previously owned units as new.
All products are shipped containing all materials as issued by the factory.
If the factory is offering free accessories with the purchase of the product, you will receive those accessories free. However in the event of shortages, we reserve the right to substitute an accessory of equal or greater value.
If you have any questions about your purchase or need help in the operations of your product, email us anytime or call us during business hours. We take pride in providing you with a high quality product. If there is a problem let us have the opportunity to correct it for you.
A 7 day trade-up policy is in effect with the delivery of your product.
If you would like to trade your new product in for a more expensive unit, we will give you full allowances for amounts already tendered. These amounts do not include shipping charges involved.
The product must be in factory new condition when sent back to Canadian Treasure Seekers for inspection. It must be in the original box, the warranty card must be uncompleted/blank and all instructional manuals and or videos included. After price negotiation with you and examination of your returned unit, your new product will be shipped as soon as possible. The detector must have never been taken out of the box. This is the only way to ensure we can resell the product as "new".
Units that have the warranty card completed or parts, instructional manuals, videos, accessories or other packing materials broken or missing or have been used in the field are not eligible for trade-up.
Canadian Treasure Seekers must be notified by phone before any returns can take effect.
RETURNS (BUYERS REMORSE INCLUDED)
A 7 day full return policy is in effect with the delivery of your new product. If you decide that you want a full return on your new unused product, there will be a 20% of total invoice restocking fee deducted with no reimbursements on shipping.
The product must be sent back (at your expense) to Canadian Treasure Seekers in factory new condition for inspection. It must be in the original box, the warranty card must be un-completed/blank and all instructional manuals and or videos included. The detector must have never been taken out of the box. This the only way to ensure we can resell the product as new.

PRICE MATCH POLICY:
Please note, we recommend that you do your due diligence when it come to buying your machine. Prices on metal detectors do not vary too much between dealers across Canada but you can find differences. Please be advised that Canadian Treasure Seekers does not price match after a sale is complete.
NO RETURNS ON:
All sales are considered final on books, saw blades, sanding discs, belts, lapidary drums or wheels, tumbling media/grits, electric motors, oils or lubricants, abrasives, solvents, sealers, cements, compounds, clothing and any used item.
Instances of damage during shipping rarely occur, however if you receive a package and the item or items therein are damaged, please contact the carrier immediately and then notify us so we can file a claim. Keeping all damaged goods and packaging for inspection by the carrier, and follow their instructions.
If you are to return the items to us, as per the carriers instructions, please return all pieces or portions of the item(s), and if there are multiple broken items, please isolate pieces of each item from pieces of the other item(s). If possible, please return them in the original packaging, taking care to wrap them so that no further damage to the item(s) will occur.
All of our catalogue items are in stock 99 % of the time. If you want to check stock on an item before placing an order, email us or call us during business hours.
If an item you ordered is found to be out of stock, we will immediately have one of our warehouses or manufacturers ship your product directly to you. We will see to it that you get factory fresh items.
In rare cases, if your item cannot be found, you will be immediately notified by email of the situation with the E.T.A. of your item and be given the option to cancel or change your order or to wait for it to become available.
METHOD OF PAYMENTS
We accept cash, certified cheque, C.O.D. up to $3000.00, Postal and Bank Money Orders, Visa and MasterCard. Purchase orders only through City, Provincial, State, Governmental bodies, and major corporations. Please do not mail cash.
You may also send an e-transfer to email@example.com. Please contact us to arrange the order.
All personal checks MUST clear our bank and yours before shipment to your address will be authorized (Usually 7-10 business days). If you send a personal check, please make sure your address, phone number are clearly written out on a sheet of paper.
Before sending a check or money order, please contact us for a total cost of your purchase so we can inform you of all expenses incurred before you send your payment.
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, distance and shipping method chosen.
Our shipping charges are extremely competitive. During the order process you will not be given an option for your choice of shipping if you qualify for "free" shipping. Our normal methods of shipping are Canada Post Expedited, UPS Ground, Purolator Ground and Canpar Ground. We will choose the fastest and most cost effective process to ship your purchase. We ship usually within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Customers usually receive there packages within 5 - 7 business days in Canada.
If you do not qualify for "free" shipping then you will be given the opportunity to choose your preferred method of shipping through Canada Post.
Locations that are considered "Air Stage Offices" by Canada Post (Including FlexDelivery postal codes) do not qualify for free shipping.
Any Express, Courier or Over Night Delivery service is expensive and will cost you extra. Shipping & Handling will include insurance and signature confirmation of receipt at your end.
The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as applicable sales taxes will be clearly displayed on your receipt of payment if you do not qualify for "free" shipping.
REPAIRS,SERVICE AND WARRANTY BY MANUFACTURER (METAL DETECTORS)
Canadian Treasure Seekers is an authorized repair center for Garrett. All repairs for these manufacturers will be held in house. Some products will need to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair and will be decided on by a case by case scenario.
XP DEUS/ TESORO/ FISHER/ BOUNTY HUNTER/ WHITES/ DETECTOR PRO/ TEKNETICS
All above detectors will be warrantied by the manufacturer. Even though the manufacturer may direct us to remedy the problem, they still must be notified first.
If you wish and at your own expense, you can send the item back to Canadian Treasure Seekers and we will forward it to the proper repair facility for service or repair. Please take note that we will have to charge you for all shipping, repair and service costs incurred in the repair, service and shipping of the item.
In most cases, it would be more cost effective for the purchaser to return the item directly to the manufacturer for repair or service.
We value our customers and their privacy. All personal information is used to ensure efficient processing of your order. This information is used by our staff for contacting and identifying customers and their needs. We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any personally identifiable information to any third party, unless we are legally required to do so or you authorize us to do so.

Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor in the event of a problem when processing an order. For example, problems with credit card verification, product availability, etc. Users have a choice of receiving future mailings during the registration process. Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address), and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. i.e, in the event there is a problem processing an order, corporate changes, or changes in privacy practices. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. The customer ID numbers are assigned to Web site visitors to verify the user's identity and for use as account numbers in our record system.
This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and protected. While on a secure page, such as our order form, look for the "Lock" icon in the url bar of most browsers, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just "surfing".
